WARNINGS? WARNINGS? We aren't exactly talking "rookies" here - what's with the "warnings? Crappy stewarding right off the bat, that's what!

  1. Only one comment on OZ

    BORING !!

If that's typical of the season it's going to be a poor one !!

  2. I don't recall anything marginal from qualifying. It can't have been significant.

Unlike Peter, I enjoyed the weekend. Not a classic event, but not bad either.

  4. One thing to say about the whole event
    BOOOORRRRRIIIINNNG

After all the rule changes, that wing that can only be used on the front straight what a joke.

The people in charge come up with these crazy ideas and only let the drivers use it for 1/15th of a lap..... and to make it worse those crazy BBC comentators kept me watching cause i thought the tyres where going to do something. Nope just waisted my drinking time on a sunday evening, oh! and whats with a 5pm local time start..... just a lucky thing i wasnt on track all day being bored out of my mind with 2 and 1/2 hours of nothing

And there i was thinking that it was going to be a little exciting this year. Well i am back to watching my Indy cars and V8's.

Oh well i will climb back in my hole now and shut up.....

  5. Odd rules, bad stewarding... what happened to build a fast car that fits in this box and race?

  6. Have to agree with Peter - Petrov was definitely the star of the show. Never would have placed any money on him before the start of the season, and maybe it was just blind luck, but the kid did ok in the end! And, his english isn't that bad either! :)

  7. I like the 'build a car that fits into this box' rule. Will add, one 'make sure your driver and standers by won't get hurt' and you got yourself a F1 rule book

  8. Agree with ya Jock.

Otherwise a less than exciting event. Now for another ridiculous time event this weekend !! I mean who gets up at 3 AM to watch it live ???

  9. Dah! That would be me! - Although I must admit, getting up in the middle of the night to watch F1 racing live, is MUCH easier now that I'm retired! :)
