Anway, should be another massive Peugeot vs Audi show. Should make myself clear from the outset, I want Peugeot to win...particularly Minissain...he deserves it.
P2 will be who is the least unreliable...GTE Pro - that will be a great race...probably the pick of them...and GTE Am...who won't crash at 2am???
Anywho - entry list is here http://feedmesportscars.com/node/8540
looking forward to the TV coverage - I should get to know my couch =)
Thanks for the driver line-up - yes for some reason LeMans didn't hit my radar screen at all this year - maybe because JV isn't in it again? :)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, in LMP1 class, I'm cheering on cars 3, 7, 8, 10, and 13 with 13 my favourite choice for a good showing. In GTE Pro, I'll go with 71, 74 and 80 with 71 my fave. My choices have been based strictly on driver line-ups - don't follow the race closely enough to understand the team dynamics/strengths/etc, so I have to go by the drivers. Just hope it is a safe but exciting race.
You know me. I am cheering for the Audi Prototypes and Corvettes. I know. The winners will probably be Lolas and a BMW but oh well.
ReplyDeleteI am going to be a few hours behind d/t weekend chancing with the kids but I will get caught up.
I am really hoping for a Peugeot win - the #8 car...Only about half a second between all the factory cars after quali - that is pretty gosh darn close.
ReplyDeleteLove to see the Lizards win one of the GT classes =)
Yeah, I wan't Peugeot to win as well - not my weekend for picking winners!
ReplyDeleteYeah...great race! 15 sec at the end of 24 hours...that is nuts...much like the Audi crashes.
ReplyDeleteProps to Robertson Racing too for getting 3rd in GTE Am.
As for the crashes - I agree with this sentiment...

I just got done watching the race last night! There is only so much tv time that I am allowed per day :( Wow!
ReplyDeleteI was so tempted to just skip to the last 30 minutes but I'm glad I saw most every televised hour.
WOW!
